Backorders

Backordered items are not currently available, but are expected to be available again in the future. Estimates on when an item will be in stock again are rarely available from our supplier. If your need for the item is time-sensitive, ordering a product that is backordered is not recommended. To ensure valid payment, your payment will be processed at the time of order placement, not when the product ships. You have the option of canceling your order anytime up until it ships. For cancellations after the product has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy. Backorders will automatically be cancelled and refunded after 1 month.

Preorders

Preordered items have not been released yet, but you can still place an order for them so you can get them as soon as they become available. Refer to the release date for an estimate of how long before theitem is expected to be available. To ensure valid payment, your payment will be processed at the time of order placement, not when the product ships. You have the option of canceling your order at any time up until the time it ships. Online Security

Secure Transaction Processing

The Online Store uses secure transaction processing so your credit card is protected from unauthorized use. We use 256 bit encryption for information transmitted from you to us and from us to the transaction processing facility. Additionally, unlike many other stores, we do not store your credit card information, making your use of our online store extremely secure. Alternative Order Options

If you'd prefer to place your order by mail or phone, use the printable order form or fill in a blank one by hand, mail it and your payment to PO Box 95771, Las Vegas, NV 89193, or call us at (702) 392-0340 to place your order. If we are unavailable when you call, please leave your number and the best time to call you back. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as personal checks and money orders.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. When you are asked to provide information, we will tell you how we intend to use the information. We will not disclose information about you or your order except if required by law. The information you provide will not be given or sold to any outside organization for its use in marketing or solicitation.

Most of our web pages can be visited without leaving any personal information about yourself. In certain instances you may be asked to identify yourself to gain access to specific resources. Certain transactions (notably with our Online Store) do require that a cookie be sent to your computer so that your individual choices can be retained.

If you choose to join one of our mailing lists, you will receive occasional email updates relevant to the group you joined. Each mailing list allows you to unsubscribe at any time. If you choose to submit images, commentary, or updates to our database, simply let us know if you'd prefer that your contribution remain anonymous and we should not use your name on our credits page where we list contributors.

Third-party Internet sites and services accessible through our site have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of us. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies or actions.

Returns

General Requirements

Some products have additional return requirements. See below for notes specific to the item in question. Special order and quantity discounted items are not able to be returned except in case of manufacturing defects. In general, you can return an item you purchased from us for a refund of the original item price (does not include shipping) if the following conditions are met:
1) The item must still be in the original packaging and in a resellable state,
2) the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Manufacturing Defects

If the item you received from us is defective in someway, we will gladly send you a replacement upon receipt of the returned defective item.

Movie Return Policy

For DVDs and VHS tapes, the seal or shrink-wrap must still be intact. Once the seal is broken, it can only be returned for a replacement of the same item to replace a manufacturing defect.

Book Return Policy

The item must still be in the original packaging and in a resellable state.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are not returnable.

Quantity > 5, Overstock Returns

When more than 5 items have been ordered, returns of more than 2 items may have a restocking fee applied. This does not apply in the event of defective merchandise.

RMA Numbers

If you need to return the item you purchased from us, please call us at (702) 510-4000 and request an RMA number to include in your return. Including the RMA number will ensure that you receive any credit due and help us process your return quicker. Once we receive your item we will contact you and confirm what action was taken.

Shipping

Most orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days, unless a special lead time is stated. If a product cannot ship within the estimated lead time, we will contact you and let you know.

NOTE: The lead time estimate does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping option you choose and shipping time does not include non-business days.

For the most part, items can be shipped anywhere, using the ship method you choose from our site. However, some items have restrictions on the ship methods available or the countries to which they can be shipped. The shopping cart takes into account any such restrictions so if you can select it, we should be able to do it. If an option is unavailable, i.e. International Shipping, then we simply cannot offer it at this time.

Shipments to Canada

Shipping to Canada is available on some products. For these orders, we can guarantee shipment, but not transit time or delivery since we cannot track shipments all the way to the customer’s door. By placing an order with the Canada shipping option, you agree to these terms. Please refer to our Preorder Policy.

Availability

The availability estimate on each item's product detail page describes the item’s inventory status. Items listed as Available are in stock and can be shipped out once your order is processed. For more information about our availability estimates, please refer to the list below.

Available: This means the item is in stock and available to ship out once your order is processed.

Preorder: This means the item has not been released yet, but you can still place an order for it. Please refer to our Preorder Policy.

Backorder: This means the item is not currently available but is expected to be available again in the future. Please refer to our Backorder Policy.

Unavailable: This means the item is no longer available, but may be available from another source. If we know one, we usually recommend them so that ultimately you can still obtain the item, even if not from us.

Expedited Shipping

For expediated shipments, please keep in mind that while most orders ship the same or following day, order processing may take several days before shipment. Additionally, depending on the carrier and your address, shipping time may not inlcude non-business days, for example, a 2-day order placed Thursday may not ship until Friday, and may not arrrive until Tuesday of the following week.
